Delete Your Account and Data
Users of Smple Billing can request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. We respect your right to data privacy and will process all deletion requests promptly and securely.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your business data, customer records, and transaction history cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have exported or saved any records you need before submitting your request.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and data, send an email to our support team with the following details:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include in the email:
— Your registered business name
— The username, phone number, or email address used to sign up
Our support team will verify your identity before processing the request to ensure the security of your account.
What Gets Deleted
Upon confirmation, the following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:
- Business profile information (shop name, address, GSTIN, UPI ID, logo)
- Customer records (names, phone numbers, credit balances)
- Invoice and transaction history (bills, items, payment records)
- Login credentials (username, hashed password, authentication tokens)
- Device identifiers linked to your account
- Any inventory categories and item data you entered
Processing Time
Deletion requests will be acknowledged within 1–2 business days and fully processed within 7 business days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Data Retention Notice
In certain circumstances, some transaction or billing records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion if required by applicable legal, tax, or accounting compliance obligations. Any such retained data will be:
- Kept strictly isolated and not used for any other purpose
- Retained only for the minimum period required by law
- Permanently and securely deleted once the retention period expires
